Orcaber Farm Caravan and Camping

Please adhere to our campsite rules

 A very warm welcome to Orcaber Farm Caravan and Camping.  Our aim is to make your stay with us as pleasurable, and comfortable as possible.

  1.  Our showers operate on a 50 pence piece for 10 minutes. Change can be obtained from the shop.
  2.  Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the campsite and adjacent dog walk, due to the training of Race Horses and free roaming of Chickens, Ducks etc. However, to the right of the entrance of the dog walk is a dog run, where dogs can be released off the lead.
  3. We have free Wi-Fi onsite the code is orcaberfarm and this is needed to get online.
  4. We have a strict noise curfew at 11pm. All music must be switched off, and noise kept to a level where is does not affect your fellow campers stay. If your neighbours do not adhere to this rule, please ring Reece on 07800624994 at anytime during the night so he can come and rectify the situation. Failing to adhere to these rules, you may be asked to leave asap, or the next morning.
  5. We have picnic tables spread across the site, they are on a first come first served basis. PLEASE DO NOT use disposable BBQ’s on them, or on the grass. Bricks are available at reception.
  6. We have firepits for hire, and we also sell bags of kin dried logs and kindling at £8 per net bag from 4:30pm onwards. If you are not going to be in, you can order from reception and they will be left on your pitch. PLEASE DO NOT empty firepits or BBQ’s into the general / recycling waste bins. We have a designated area for this, if you are not sure where it’s located, please ask a member of staff.
  7. On your departure day you must vacate your pitch by 11am, and Pods by 10.30 am
  8. All visitors must report to reception. There is a £2 per person per day charge.
  9.  Electric vehicles must not be charged at your pitch.
  10.  Contact number will be displayed on the notice boards at the entrance to the camping field and near reception.
  11.  We have an ongoing issue with a minority of dogs fouling on site, and not being kept on a lead. All dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times when on site, regardless of size, breed etc. Also, please pick up after your dog. Blatantly ignoring this rule, you may be aske to leave.
  12. Only one Unit / Tent is permitted on any pitch. Multiple tents must NOT be erected.
  13. We operate a strict 5 Mph speed limit throughout the site at ALL times.
